Studio offer is directed towards both individual and commercial clients. We carry out projects in Cracow and neighbouring areas, throughout Poland and outside the country. Complete, comprehensive project is 100 % price and consists of 3 following stages:
I stage – pre-designing works – 30 % of the price
II stage – concept – additional 30 % of the price
III stage – detailed working drawings – additional 40 % of the price
Client can decide to which stage cooperation will be sufficient to his needs. Project price is accounted for one square meter of area. Every project is evaluated individually. Valuation and first meeting are non-binding.

- Inventory of a building (if needed)
- consultation
- two functional layouts offer for clients choosing
- exemplary visualisation of the key apartment rooms
- Inspirations, initial proposals of finishing materials and colours, initiatory plumbing and wiring planning
- Detailed working drawings portraying project and details necessary in finishing works (i.e. layout of partition walls, wiring, plumbing, heating, teletechnical installation, arrangement of floors and suspended ceilings, schemes and projects of built-in furniture, custom-made furniture, stairs and railings, bathroom projects containing description of applied materials, water supply fittings and sanitary equipment)
- combination of interior equipments: tiles, parquet, furniture, fabrics, decorations, windows, electric light fittings, doors, radiators
- visit in an interior equipment store and moodboard preparation
- meeting with contractor at the building site
- architect support in the form of supervision and choosing interior styling accessories. Number of supervisions and date of the last one are included in an agreement
